01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the educosys.com platform, you enter into a binding legal contract with ITTI Tech. Usage of our services constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you remain in disagreement with any clause, we must request the immediate cessation of platform usage.
02Professional Eligibility
You warrant that you meet the following requirements:
- ✔Minimum age requirement of 13 years old.
- ✔Capability to enter into a legally binding agreement.
- ✔Provision of accurate and verified registration metrics.
03Acceptable Use Protocol
Prohibited Actions
Reverse engineering platform code or unauthorized metadata extraction.
Platform Integrity
Intentional distribution of malicious payloads or disruption of student sessions.
04Financial Commericals
Premium modules require active subscription or one-time acquisition. Auto-renewal remains active by default to ensure uninterrupted curriculum access.
No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of educational assets, all transactions are final. Processing of payment constitutes full consumption of the associated digital license and curriculum resources.
05Intellectual Property
All curriculum content, video assets, and proprietary logic remain the exclusive property ofeducosys.com. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution will result in immediate litigation under Bengaluru jurisdiction.
06Jurisdiction & Governance
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings arising from this relationship shall be exclusively adjudicated in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
